*About the Role*
We are looking for a *Growth Associate* who will work closely with the *CEO* and get hands-on exposure to customer acquisition, business development and operations.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working with numbers, following up relentlessly and figuring things out. You will be involved across the customer lifecycle — from reaching out to potential customers and onboarding them to ensuring retention and building long-term relationships.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Work closely with the CEO on day-to-day business and growth activities.
* Handle regular *call coordination and communication with existing clients*.
* Reach out to potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
* Coordinate and manage *new client onboarding*.
* Follow up with customers to understand their requirements and ensure retention.
* Maintain customer databases, follow-ups and sales pipelines.
* Prepare reports and analysis using *MS Excel*.
* Draft professional emails and business communications.
* Track numbers, customer activity, revenue and other business metrics.
* Assist the CEO in various business initiatives and projects.
* Take ownership of tasks.

* Excellent command of *English*, both written and verbal.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good working knowledge of *MS Excel*.
* Good *email writing and professional communication* skills.
* Comfortable working with numbers and basic business calculations.
* Confident on calls and comfortable speaking with clients.
* Highly proactive, organized and willing to learn.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
