Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician & Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical and plumbing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, equipment, and control systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and power issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
Plumbing Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures.
- Detect and resolve plumbing leaks, blockages, and pipe-related issues.
- Install and service pumps, water heaters, and sanitary fittings.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Read and interpret plumbing layouts and drawings.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in electrical and plumbing work.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, plumbing systems, and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant certification, diploma, or trade qualification is preferred.
