Key Responsibilities
- Lead Calling & Follow-Up
- Call all newly generated leads received from field sales, marketing, and enquiries.
- Follow up with interested and existing leads as per the defined follow-up schedule.
- Understand customer requirements and assess interest level.
- Assist customers in selecting products online, provide product information, and support them through the online purchase process, including price discussion and negotiation.
- Direct Call Handling
- Attend and handle all incoming (direct) calls professionally.
- Identify customer requirements clearly during calls.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed showroom walk-ins or scheduled appointments.
- Lead Qualification & Conversion
- Qualify leads based on requirement, readiness, and urgency.
- Persuade and guide interested customers to visit the showroom.
- Ensure proper handover of converted leads to the sales team.
- CRM Update & Reporting
- Update call status, customer responses, remarks, and follow-up dates accurately in the CRM system.
- Track lead status (new, follow-up, walk-in, not interested).
- Share daily and weekly call and conversion reports with the Sales Manager.
- Coordination with Sales Team
- Inform the showroom receptionist about scheduled walk-ins in advance.
- Share customer expectations and feedback for better conversion.
- Support the sales team in achieving conversion targets.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
