As organizations accelerate the adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI, ensuring security, governance, and responsible AI practices has become mission-critical. We are looking for a Senior AI Security & Governance Engineer to help design, implement, and scale enterprise-grade AI security controls and governance frameworks.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in Security Engineering, Cybersecurity, Governance, AI Security, or related domains.
- Hands-on experience implementing guardrails for LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems.
- Strong Python programming and automation skills.
- Experience with Security & Governance Platforms, Policy-as-Code Frameworks, Rule Engines, and Runtime Security Controls.
- Strong understanding of Prompt Injection Attacks, Hallucination Mitigation, Data Leakage Prevention, AI Risk Management, and Enterprise Compliance & Governance.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
