We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee our end-to-end business operations. You will be responsible for streamlining our B2B wholesale distribution, managing complex E-commerce market-place workflows, and ensuring operational excellence across our warehouse and supply chain. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver who believes in systems, not just manual effort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Oversight: Manage the daily operational flow for both B2B wholesale channels and E-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
- System Management: Lead the use of our internal software ecosystems (Zoho, Unicommerce) to ensure 100% data accuracy in inventory and order management.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate with the existing operations team to ensure task delegation, quality control, and adherence to company SOPs.
- Inventory & Logistics: Monitor stock levels across multiple locations, manage manufacturing coordination, and oversee dispatch quality.
- Error Prevention: Proactively identify bottlenecks or recurring errors in the order-to-delivery cycle and implement corrective systems to eliminate them.
- Reporting: Provide the management team with a daily/weekly summary report on operational performance, identifying wins and pending issues.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in Operations Management, specifically within the E-commerce or FMCG/Veterinary distribution sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command over Excel/Google Sheets and experience working with ERP/CRM software (Zoho, Unicommerce, or similar).
- Operational Mindset: Demonstrated ability to build and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You don't just "do" the work; you build systems so the work happens correctly every time.
- Communication: Strong ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including marketplaces, logistics partners, and internal staff.
- Leadership: Experience in managing small teams and a strong sense of accountability.
