Core Skills Required
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Hands-on experience in OIC related OCI setups and configurations (connectivity, adapters, security, API gateway, scheduling, monitoring, etc.)
- Solid working experience with Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) Database
- Experience supporting, enhancing, and optimizing existing integrations
- REST/SOAP services, error handling, troubleshooting, performance tuning
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Integration solutions
- Implement enhancements and minor developments in OIC
- Configure and manage OCI components supporting OIC integrations
- Work closely with business users and upstream/downstream application teams
- Perform root cause analysis, bug fixes, and proactive system improvements
- Ensure stability, availability, and performance of integration platforms
