Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling HR operations as well end to end recruitment
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
- Review resumes and screen applicants based on requirements to ensure a strong candidate pool.
- Coordinate interviews between recruiters, hiring managers, and potential candidates.
- Manage Employee Induction and on boarding process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or related field
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening resumes, interview coordination, and offer management.Good in English communication
- Basic idea of MS Office
