Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Senior Officer - CAT - Elite. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing key account transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Your primary focus will be on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service and support to our elite clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations related to key account transactions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all account management activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with elite clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze account performance and provide insights to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies aimed at enhancing client retention and loyalty.
Skills and Tools Required:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
