Job Title: Senior Agentic AI EngineerRole Summary
We are seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and scale intelligent agent-based systems that can autonomously reason, plan, and execute tasks. This role combines expertise in AI/ML, distributed systems, and software engineering to build production-grade agentic workflows powered by large language models (LLMs) and orchestration frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, and tool use
- Build multi-agent workflows for complex task orchestration and decision-making
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms
- Develop tooling layers (retrieval, memory, action handlers) for agents
- Implement human-in-the-loop controls and safety guardrails
- Optimize prompts, context management, and agent performance
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and observability of AI systems
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven solutions
- Evaluate and benchmark model performance and agent behaviors
- Stay current with advancements in AI, LLMs, and autonomous systems
Required Skills & Qualifications AI
- Strong experience with:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Prompt engineering and context design
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Understanding of:
- Fine-tuning and model evaluation
- Embeddings and vector databases
Agentic Frameworks
- Hands-on experience with:
- LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, Google ADK or similar frameworks
- MCP developmnet
- CICD pipeline
- Experience building:
- Autonomous agents
- Multi-agent systems
- Tool-using AI systems
Programming
- Strong proficiency in:
- Python (preferred)
- Node.js or Java (plus)
- Experience with:
- API development
- Microservices architecture
Data & Systems
- Experience with:
- Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
- Knowledge graphs (optional)
- Understanding of:
- Distributed systems and scalability
Cloud & DevOps
- Experience with:
- GCP
- Docker and Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience deploying LLM applications in production
- Knowledge of AI safety, alignment, and governance
