About the Role
Linc Property Developers Ltd. is seeking a talented, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architectural design, working drawings, project coordination, statutory compliance, and site execution of residential and commercial projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept through completion while ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Planning
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design proposals.
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction documentation.
- Prepare and review 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations.
- Assist in preparing design presentation drawings and project visualizations.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants for integrated project delivery.
- Provide technical inputs and practical design solutions to improve project efficiency and constructability.
Project Execution & Site Coordination
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and provide design clarifications during project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Support project teams with timely drafting revisions and modifications during construction.
- Prepare and maintain accurate as-built drawings upon project completion.
- Ensure quality standards and project specifications are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Regulatory Compliance & Approvals
- Prepare drawings and documents required for statutory approvals.
- Ensure compliance with Goa and Maharashtra building byelaws, development regulations, and applicable building codes.
- Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and approval agencies when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to approvals and project compliance.
Project Management & Documentation
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against established timelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks.
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of tender documentation, drawing sets, and consultant packages.
- Maintain project records, documentation, and revision histories.
- Participate in client meetings, consultant discussions, and project review meetings.
Additional Duties & Expectations
- Deliver work within agreed timelines while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
- Maintain professional communication and coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and colleagues.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability while working on multiple projects and deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest architectural software, drafting standards, construction methodologies, materials, and industry trends.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company information, project data, designs, drawings, and client information.
- Proactively identify and rectify errors, omissions, and inconsistencies in drawings and documentation before submission.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and documentation protocols.
- Assist management with project planning, coordination, and any other project-related responsibilities assigned from time to time.
- Be willing to travel for site visits and project-related work as required.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of 3D software such as SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and detailing.
- Ability to prepare detailed working drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Strong knowledge of Goa and Maharashtra building regulations and approval procedures.

- Experience interacting with local authorities and approval agencies.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Panaji Altime, Goa
