Job Description:
We are looking for a Windchill Technical Lead with strong expertise in Windchill development, customization, integration, migration, and upgrades. The role involves solution design, client interaction, technical leadership, troubleshooting, and end-to-end Windchill implementation support.
Must Have Skills:
- 5+ years of Windchill Development & Customization experience
- Expertise in:
- PDMLink
- PartsLink
- ProjectLink
- MPMLink
- SUMA
- Strong technical skills in:
- Java / J2EE
- JSP / Servlets
- Windchill APIs
- Info*Engine
- REST / SOAP Web Services
- Experience in:
- Windchill Upgrades & Migration
- Workflow & Lifecycle Management
- Performance Tuning & System Optimization
- Enterprise Application Support
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Client interaction and solution design experience
- Experience leading teams and mentoring developers
Good To Have Skills:
- ERP integrations (SAP/Oracle)
- CAD integrations (Creo or other CAD tools)
- Exposure to ThingWorx
- PTC Windchill certification
- Agile project experience
