OJAS Hospital, Panchkula is seeking a compassionate, organized, and patient-focused IVF Coordinator to join our Fertility & Reproductive Medicine team. The IVF Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for patients undergoing fertility treatment, ensuring seamless coordination of appointments, investigations, procedures, and patient education throughout the IVF journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage patient care throughout the IVF treatment cycle.
- Counsel and guide patients regarding treatment plans, procedures, timelines, and documentation.
- Schedule consultations, investigations, scans, procedures, and follow-up appointments.
- Liaise with fertility specialists, embryologists, nursing staff, and laboratory personnel to ensure smooth patient management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Monitor treatment schedules and ensure timely communication with patients regarding medications and appointments.
- Assist patients with consent forms, treatment packages, and administrative requirements.
- Address patient queries and provide emotional support during treatment.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Generate reports and maintain departmental records as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduation in any discipline
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in IVF/Fertility Services, Gynaecology, or Patient Coordination.(Mandatory)
- Knowledge of IVF procedures, fertility treatments, and reproductive medicine preferred.
- Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
