Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with over 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Human Capital Management. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and configuration expertise in Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management, Employee Data Replication, and Payroll. The consultant should have experience in end-to-end SAP HCM implementations, support projects, system integrations, and payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP HCM modules including:
- Organizational Management (OM)
- Personnel Administration (PA)
- Time Management
- Employee Data Replication
- Payroll
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP HCM solutions.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and payroll validation activities.
- Configure organizational structures, personnel actions, infotypes, and workflows.
- Handle Time Management configurations including work schedules, absence/attendance types, quotas, and time evaluation.
- Implement and support employee master data replication between SAP HCM and integrated systems (SuccessFactors, SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, etc.).
- Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, interfaces, reports, enhancements, and forms.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within SLA timelines.
- Prepare functional specifications and documentation.
- Provide user training and knowledge transfer to business teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Payroll, Security, and Basis.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of SAP HCM implementation and support experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- SAP Organizational Management (OM)

- Experience with payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of Personnel Administration processes and Infotypes.
- Experience in configuring enterprise structure, personnel structure, and organizational structure.
- Knowledge of interfaces between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors/SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience in data migration and employee master data management.
- Strong debugging and issue analysis skills.
- Experience in multiple end-to-end implementation and support projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM workflows.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori applications.
- Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
- Understanding of HR business processes and compliance requirements.
- SAP HCM Certification is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- SAP HCM Certification is an added advantage.
Nice to Have
- Experience in global payroll implementations.
- Exposure to SuccessFactors integrations.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HCM migration projects.
