Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive (E-commerce) to manage daily reports, online order processing, inventory updates, and operational data. The ideal candidate should have strong Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Process and track online orders.
- Update inventory and product information.
- Generate sales, inventory, and order reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor returns, exchanges, and pending orders.
- Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain operational records and support day-to-day e-commerce activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, E-commerce Operations, Back Office, or Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF functions).
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
