Job Description:
- Manage channel sales and distribution network across West Bengal
- Appoint and develop distributors and dealers
- Drive primary and secondary sales growth
- Achieve monthly sales targets and market expansion
- Build strong relationships with channel partners
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with distributors for stock management and sales planning
Requirements:
- Must have experience in the LED industry
- Proven experience in channel sales and distribution sales
- Willing to travel extensively across West Bengal
- Strong communication and team management skills
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month
Location: West Bengal
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
