HR Operations Executive
We're looking for an HR professional who can independently manage Payroll Administration, Employee Lifecycle Management, Recruitment, and HR Operations in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 3–6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end Payroll Administration, payroll inputs validation, and payroll coordination
- Attendance, leave, and employee data management
- Full & Final Settlement (FnF) processing
- Complete Employee Lifecycle Management – onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and offboarding
- Preparation and issuance of HR documents including offer letters, employment letters, experience letters, and relieving letters
- Recruitment coordination and end-to-end hiring support
- HRMS administration and HR reporting/MIS (Zoho People experience preferred)
- Implementation and administration of HR policies and compliance processes
- Performance Management and Appraisal Cycle coordination
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate with employees, business leaders, finance, legal teams, payroll partners, and external vendors
- Support audits, compliance requirements, and HR process improvements
Requirements:
✔ 3–6 years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll
✔ Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management
✔ Hands-on experience with payroll processing and statutory compliance
✔ Experience working with HRMS platforms (ZOHO preferred)
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✔ Strong proficiency in Excel and HR reporting

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
