The backend operations team functions from the Evergo Tours branch office in Ramanattukara, providing operational assistance and ensuring smooth coordination across all divisions.
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our backend operations team supporting UAE-based business activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer communications, addressing service-related requirements, coordinating requests, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
The candidate may be required to handle tasks and responsibilities across different divisions of the Group depending on business needs and operational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls with UAE clients in a polite and professional manner.
- Respond efficiently to customer inquiries received through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Provide customers with accurate details regarding company services, procedures, documentation requirements, and related processes.
- Record and maintain customer information, service requests, communication history, and follow-up details using CRM systems or internal platforms.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as translation, administration, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely completion of customer requests.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to monitor service progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist various business divisions of the Group with operational support as assigned by management.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and uphold professional standards in all interactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service quality, operational efficiency, and overall workflow processes.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, customer support, call center operations, or client relationship management is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
- Ability to communicate in Arabic, Malayalam, or Hindi will be considered an advantage.
- Strong customer handling skills with professional telephone manners.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications including MS Office, email communication, and CRM platforms.
- Positive approach, patience, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new processes.

Commute Requirement: Candidates should be able to travel reliably to the office location or relocate before joining.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
