Looking for a Retail Merchandising Growth Lead to lead the merchandising strategy for our Lenskart brand. This role is a replacement position, ensuring continuity and fresh leadership in our merchandising team. The Retail Merchandising Growth Lead will oversee product selection, pricing, and in-store presentation to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Plan retail store-level product assortments that align with consumer cohorts at each location to drive higher same-store sales growth.
Ensure merchandising relevance to local demographics, optimizing conversion rates for footfall.
Analyze hyperlocal store catchments—understanding consumer demographics and product performance to tailor offerings.
Design overall store assortments for both existing and new stores, determining the right brand mix, category mix, and SKU mix to meet sales targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement merchandising strategies that enhance the customer experience.
