Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely support, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer handling ability, and basic knowledge of documentation and coordination activities. Experience in the solar industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, installation status, and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and installation teams for customer requirements and issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers regarding project updates, service requests, and pending requirements.
- Maintain customer records, complaints, feedback, and service reports.
- Prepare and maintain customer-related documents and reports.
- Schedule service visits and coordinate with field teams when required.
- Ensure timely response and resolution of customer complaints.
- Collect customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the team in daily office coordination and administrative activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Tech / Engineering background preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, coordination, or similar roles preferred.
- Experience in the solar / renewable energy industry is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil will be an advantage).
- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage follow-ups effectively.
