Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer with 6–9 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development. The ideal candidate should have expertise in ServiceNow scripting, integrations, ITSM modules, Service Portal development, and enterprise platform customization across multiple full lifecycle implementations.

Develop workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
Build and maintain REST and SOAP integrations using IntegrationHub and MID Server.
Customize ITSM modules including:
Incident
Problem
Change
Request
Knowledge
CMDB
Service Catalog
Develop and enhance Service Portal using AngularJS, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Work with UI Builder and Next Experience framework.
Configure CMDB, Discovery, CI Class Manager, and Service Mapping.
Implement enterprise security using ACLs, roles, domain separation, and data policies.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Manage source control and deployments using Git-based repositories and CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize application performance.
Prepare technical documentation and support production deployments.
