- Guest Experience: Establishes high service standards, handles VIP guests, and resolves escalated complaints to maintain a positive online reputation. [1]
- Human Resources: Recruits, trains, mentors, and evaluates department heads and staff to foster a high-performing work culture. [1]
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Collaborates with the marketing team to boost occupancy, set room rates, and build relationships with industry partners and travel agents. [1, 2]
