Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver quality service to residential and commercial customers. Common AC/HVAC technician duties include installing systems, performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing faults, and completing emergency repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system cleaning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues.
- Replace defective components and ensure proper system operation.
- Conduct testing and performance checks after repairs.
- Maintain service records and prepare job reports.
- Follow safety standards and company procedures.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and maintenance needs.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, HVAC, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of AC technician experience (freshers may be considered for trainee roles).
- Knowledge of split AC, window AC, cassette AC, ductable units, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driving license (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency service calls.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
