Job Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with potential travel customers.
- Understand client travel requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages.
- Generate leads through calls, social media, and online platforms.
- Assist customers with tour package inquiries and bookings.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth travel arrangements.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Passion for sales, travel, and customer interaction.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- English, Hindi, or Gujarati communication skills will be an advantage.
