Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and leads
- Follow up with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Coordinate and schedule site surveys and customer meetings
- Visit customer sites when required for basic information collection and coordination
- Maintain customer records and update company trackers/CRM
- Follow up on quotations and pending approvals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer updates
- Prepare basic reports and maintain documentation
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits and site surveys when required
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to work
- Prior experience in customer service, coordination, administration, sales support, or field coordination is preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
