We are looking for a result-driven Sales Representative for an International B2B Sales process (SMB segment). In this role, you will connect with international small and medium businesses to drive sales and business growth. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound or inside B2B sales and possess exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to international B2B clients in the SMB segment.
- Understand client requirements and present appropriate digital solutions.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, or Outbound Sales.
- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (with relevant sales experience).
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, strong negotiation skills, and a confident personality.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in fixed night shifts.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
