Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and generate new business opportunities in the solar market.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, industrial, commercial, and residential customers.
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors.
· Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, online platforms, and field visits.
· Arrange client meetings and understand customer requirements.
· Prepare and deliver presentations on solar solutions and their benefits.
· Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and project feasibility.
· Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
· Negotiate contracts and close sales.
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
· Maintain CRM/database of leads and customers.
· Follow up with customers throughout the sales cycle until project completion.
· Coordinate with project execution and finance teams for smooth implementation.
· Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
· Stay updated with government policies, subsidies, and industry trends related to solar energy.
· Meet prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
· Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
· Coordinate with technical and project teams.

Required Qualifications:
· Any Graduate Or Diploma in (Elect./ Mech.) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
· OR MBA.
· Experience:
· 6-10 years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
· Experience in the Solar, Renewable Energy, Power Industry is mandatory.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Lead generation and client acquisition.
B2B and B2C sales experience.
Knowledge of rooftop solar EPC projects.
Good understanding of solar products such as PV panels, inverters, mounting structures, and net metering.
Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Salary:
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
