Expectations, Accountability, Communication:
q Work closely with the sales team to provide root cause analysis to customers on battery failure issues
q Manage, operate and maintain battery testing systems
q Extract, analyze and present data from battery test equipment
q Investigate and document sources of instability or inconsistency in test data
q Provide technical training to customer, distributors and sales team members
q Plans and conducts product technical demonstrations
q Works to develop and qualify company name into customer applications.
q Assists in creating sales strategies to penetrate customer accounts.
q Works to influence customer product evaluation process.
q Keeps customers informed about new product information.
q Generates product improvement and cost take out ideas.
q Works with company new product development team to help define and ensure customer requirements are being met. Provides voice of customer (VOC) feedback.
q Collaborates with manufacturing, supply chain and quality to support them on product issues and changes.
q Facilitate new product development initiatives with key focus on Quality, Cost and Delivery
q Improving customer product designs and improving their process efficiency
q Represent Daramic in battery forums / conferences on technology front to communicate Daramic’s R&D initiatives and success and also launch new products with technical data validation
q Imparting training to sales team and process team on various application needs, product specification, product criticalities, failure mode and corrective measures
q Understanding the customer issue technically and provide solution
q Assisting technical centers of Daramic for building trail samples with prototype products as per R&D requirements, with the knowledge from experience in a leading battery manufacturing industry.
