Job Description – Personal Secretary/ Assistant
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Secretary to support daily administrative and coordination activities. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, scheduling ability, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage appointments, meetings, and calendars
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate travel, bookings, and documentation
- Maintain records, reports, and files
- Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion
- Assist in day-to-day office and personal administrative activities
- Prepare meeting notes and reports when required
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Requirements
- Any degree preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Prior experience as Secretary/Admin preferred
