Job Summary
Estrella Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by meeting clients, pitching our digital services, and closing deals.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, has strong communication skills, and wants to grow in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local businesses, startups, coaching institutes, clinics, restaurants, and other potential clients
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals
- Pitch company services including:
- Website Design & Development
- SEO Services
- Social Media Marketing
- Google & Meta Ads
- Mobile App Development
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
- Maintain daily sales activity reports
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or marketing
- Freshers with strong communication and confidence can also apply
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
- Must be comfortable with field work and client meetings
- Own bike/scooter preferred
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented

Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
