- Supervise day-to-day production activities in the CNC and VMC machine shop.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve delivery targets.
- Manage operators, setters, and production staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure components and assemblies are manufactured as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Quality, Planning, Purchase, and Maintenance departments for uninterrupted production.
- Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and overall equipment efficiency.
Pay: ₹21,286.64 - ₹54,567.12 per month
