A Telecaller is primarily responsible for making outbound calls, receiving inbound calls, and communicating with customers to generate sales, solve issues, or collect information. They serve as the direct voice of a company to its clients.
- Outbound Calling: Contact potential or existing customers to pitch products, services, or gather feedback.
- Inbound Handling: Answer incoming customer calls promptly to answer questions or address complaints.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and qualify leads for the senior sales team.
- Closing Sales: Convince customers to buy products or subscribe to services directly over the phone.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and sales conversion targets
Age limit 25 - 30
Experience is mandatory
Both gender can apply
Communication skill in English, Hindi and Tamil is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
