Job Overview
Fashion Training Academy is looking for enthusiastic and responsible freshers to join our team as an Online Workshop Moderator. In this role, you will support live online workshops by managing camera operations, assisting speakers with technical requirements, and ensuring a smooth learning experience for participants.
No prior experience is required. Complete training will be provided for all video-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the camera during live online workshops and maintain proper framing of speakers.
- Assist trainers with workshop setup, presentations (PPTs), screen sharing, and other technical support.
- Perform audio, video, lighting, and internet connectivity checks before and during live sessions.
- Moderate participant chats, maintain attendance records, and assist with basic student queries.
- Upload workshop recordings and organize digital files.
- Provide general administrative and technical support to the training team.
- Learn basic video editing and post-production as part of career development opportunities.
Requirements
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn camera handling and video production.
- Punctual, responsible, and a good team player.
