Job Overview
As a Project Manager, you will ensure smooth and efficient project execution—from client briefing to delivery. You will collaborate with design, strategy, and account management teams to manage branding projects on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and manage timelines will be critical to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage multiple branding projects to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Serve as a communication link between internal teams (design, strategy, account management) and clients.
- Develop and support timelines, scopes, and project budgets.
- Monitor project progress and assist with resource planning to meet deadlines.
- Track deliverables and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Communicate updates to clients and address queries or concerns.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including briefs, contracts, and reports.
- Assist in creating client presentations and organizing assets.
- Maintain well-structured project files and digital assets.
- Facilitate meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-up.
- Identify potential roadblocks and work with the team to resolve them on time.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a branding or creative agency.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and project tools like Asana/Trello.
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for team and client coordination.
- Passion for branding and understanding of industry trends is a plus.
