Role Overview
As a Founder’s Office Intern, you will work closely with the Founder and senior management team on important business initiatives and day-to-day operations. You will gain exposure to multiple business functions and will be expected to take ownership of assigned tasks and projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ambitious, proactive, organized, and interested in building a career in business, management, operations, or entrepreneurship.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Founder on various strategic and operational initiatives.
- Assist in managing and tracking important projects, tasks, and deadlines.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business research.
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and business documents.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and prepare meeting summaries and action points.
- Coordinate and follow up with different teams regarding assigned tasks.
- Assist in tracking the progress of ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Support the Founder’s Office in daily operations and administrative activities.
- Help identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better efficiency.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Coordinate with different departments, including Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, and other teams.
- Work on special projects and assignments directly assigned by the Founder.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure timely completion.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate, pursuing graduation, or a recent graduate from any discipline.
- Strong interest in business, management, operations, strategy, or entrepreneurship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good research and analytical abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable working with MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
