Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Executive to manage customer interactions and support our online business focused on women’s ethnic wear, including sarees, dupattas, lehengas, and more. The role is primarily based on handling customer inquiries and orders through WhatsApp while ensuring a seamless and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via WhatsApp to address inquiries, take orders, and provide detailed product information.
- Respond promptly to customer messages and ensure their questions or concerns are resolved effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, feedback, and communication history.
- Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and assist them in making purchasing decisions.
- Communicate any updates regarding orders, deliveries, or product availability to customers.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards quick resolutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
- Share promotional updates, offers, or new arrivals with customers to drive sales.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements in service and processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and spoken English and Hindi.
- Familiarity with women’s ethnic wear and a keen interest in fashion is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp for business and basic knowledge of maintaining digital records.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage order records efficiently.
