We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, design tailor-made itineraries, provide travel advice, and ensure smooth travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Suggest and design customized tour packages Outbound.
- Handle flight bookings, hotels, and other travel services.
- Provide destination knowledge, travel tips, and support.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Travel Consultant / Ticketing / Tour Sales preferred.
- Good communication skills (English & regional languages).
- Knowledge of travel portals, GDS, or booking systems is an added advantage.
- 4- 6 Years experience requires.
