At Kapture CX, we are looking for a Senior Legal Associate in our Legal & Compliance team.

As a Senior Legal Associate, you will play a key role in strengthening Kapture CX’s legal and compliance framework across customer, finance, employee, and partner ecosystems. You will work on high-impact commercial contracts, enterprise negotiations, and compliance initiatives while partnering closely with leadership, business teams, and external legal counsel in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Here’s a more detailed description of what you will do in this role:

You will draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements including SaaS contracts, NDAs, DPAs, vendor agreements, and partner contracts

You will handle complex contractual discussions around limitation of liability, indemnity, compliance, privacy, and risk mitigation clauses

You will collaborate closely with business, finance, HR, sales, and leadership teams to provide practical legal guidance that enables business growth

You will coordinate with external legal counsel and manage sensitive legal conversations with maturity and composure

You will contribute towards strengthening legal processes, compliance frameworks, information security policies, and governance practices across the organization
This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.
You are able to drive faster and stronger contract closures while balancing legal risk and business agility, becoming a trusted advisor to both internal teams and enterprise customers.

You have 2–3 years of experience in legal contracting, commercial legal operations, or corporate legal functions

You have prior exposure to SaaS, technology, or product-based organizations

You are comfortable handling enterprise customer negotiations and complex contractual discussions independently

You possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills while working across multiple teams

You have strong expertise in commercial contracting, DPAs, and compliance-related legal frameworks

You are skilled at negotiating contractual terms while balancing business and legal priorities

You can manage external counsel and senior stakeholder discussions confidently

You have a structured and detail-oriented approach towards legal documentation and risk assessment

You have prior experience working in a high-growth SaaS or AI-led organization

You have exposure to information security, privacy, or HR-related legal matters

You have experience building scalable legal templates and contracting processes
