Key Responsibilities :-
- Visit distributors, dealers, wholesalers, retailers, and industrial customers regularly.
- Generate new sales leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and brand visibility at customer locations.
- Collect customer orders and coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback.
- Coordinate with the accounts department regarding payment collection and outstanding dues.
- Participate in product launches, exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and trade fairs.
Required Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field.
- 4-6 years of experience in sales or merchandising, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
