We are looking for a result-oriented professional to manage the complete college partnership lifecycle for Campus—from outreach and sales presentations to conversion, onboarding, engagement and ongoing account management.
The role requires strong institutional sales, relationship management, coordination and execution skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollege Outreach and Sales
- Identify and build a pipeline of colleges, universities and educational institutions.
- Connect with Training and Placement Officers, Deans, Principals, Directors and faculty coordinators.
- Generate meetings through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals and events.
- Understand each institution’s placement processes, student profile and business needs.
- Present the Campus platform through online and in-person demonstrations.
- Customise pitches and proposals based on the institution’s requirements.
- Manage follow-ups, address concerns and drive partnerships to closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for meetings, demonstrations, conversions and onboarding.
College Onboarding and Coordination
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new college partners.
- Collect and validate institution, programme, batch and student data.
- Conduct training and orientation sessions for placement teams, faculty and students.
- Support student registrations, profile completion, assessments and platform adoption.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned colleges.
- Coordinate webinars, placement drives, assessments and student engagement activities.
- Resolve operational issues by working with internal product, technology, operations and recruitment teams.
College Events and On-Ground Execution
- Take complete ownership of college events, career fairs, seminars, placement drives and student engagement programmes.
- Manage planning, logistics, registrations, branding, stall setup, presentations and post-event follow-ups.
- conduct platform demonstrations and student orientation sessions.
- Ensure strong brand visibility at every event.
- Capture high-quality photographs and short videos covering branding, speakers, audience participation and student interactions.
- Collect written and video testimonials from students, faculty and placement teams.
- Ensure necessary consent is obtained for using photographs, videos and testimonials.
- Maintain an organised repository of event content, attendance records and testimonials.
- Prepare post-event reports covering participation, engagement, registrations, leads, feedback and next steps.
- Track all event-generated leads through to closure.
Platform Adoption and Engagement
- Monitor college and student activity on the platform.
- Track registrations, profile completion, résumé publication, assessments and applications.
- Identify low-engagement colleges and create action plans to improve usage.
- Share new opportunities, platform updates and engagement initiatives with colleges.
- Collect feedback and share insights with product and management teams.
Reporting and Internal Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, conversions and onboarding progress.
- Update CRM systems and internal trackers regularly.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on pipeline, conversions and engagement.
- Highlight delays, risks and support requirements in a timely manner.
- Share market insights on college needs, competing platforms and campus trends.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Education Management or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in institutional sales, education sales, college partnerships, EdTech, recruitment or account management.
- Experience working with colleges or placement departments is preferred.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in interacting with senior institutional stakeholders.
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple colleges simultaneously.
- Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Willing to travel and attend events outside regular office hours when required.
- Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.

Work Schedule
This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Mumbai.
- Monday to Friday: Full working day
- Saturday: Half working day
The role will require regular travel to colleges, universities and events.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
