Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Laptop Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops from various brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware and software issues.
- Repair and replace laptop components such as screens, keyboards, batteries, RAM, SSD/HDD, and motherboards.
- Perform software installation, OS formatting, driver installation, and system optimization.
- Recover customer data whenever possible.
- Provide customers with repair estimates and explain technical issues clearly.
- Ensure high-quality repairs and timely service delivery.
- Maintain records of repairs and spare parts used.
Required Skills
- Experience in laptop and desktop repair.
- Knowledge of Windows installation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with motherboard/chip-level repair is an added advantage.
- Understanding of hardware components and diagnostics.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
