Key Responsibilities
- Own project timelines, budgets, and resource planning across multiple concurrent sites
- Coordinate between design team, site supervisors, vendors, and contractors
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution quality against design intent
- Manage client communication — progress updates, approvals, change requests
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory approvals
- Maintain project documentation — drawings, approvals, snag lists, handover reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record managing residential or commercial interior projects
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp (for reading drawings, not necessarily producing them)
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
