Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with business objectives.
- Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Make timely, well-informed decisions to resolve operational challenges and maintain business continuity.
- Lead negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and successfully converting them into long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Monitor operational budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
- Establish and maintain operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and organizational goals.
- Prepare operational reports and present performance insights to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management tools.
- Strong understanding of business operations, process optimization, and performance management.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in operational planning, team management, and successful commercial negotiations.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and driving business growth will be highly preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
