Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool.
Supervise and support teachers and support staff.
Ensure implementation of the curriculum and activity plans.
Coordinate admissions, parent meetings, and school events.
Monitor children’s progress and maintain records.
Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment.
Handle parent queries and maintain strong parent relationships.
Assist in staff training and performance management.
Ensure compliance with school policies and safety standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (Education preferred).
2–5 years of experience in preschool teaching or coordination.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Good organizational and administrative abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
