Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for business development, revenue generation, and referral network expansion through regular visits to ENT Specialists, Pediatricians, Gynecologists, General Practitioners, Hospitals, and Healthcare Institutions. The role focuses on generating patient referrals, organizing screening camps, promoting hearing healthcare services, and developing strong professional relationships with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to ENT Specialists, Pediatricians, Gynecologists, General Practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to promote the clinic’s hearing healthcare services.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare organizations.
- Generate patient referrals and contribute to revenue growth through effective business development activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the referral network in assigned territories.
- Organize and coordinate hearing screening camps, awareness programs, corporate health camps, school screening programs, and community outreach activities.
- Promote hearing assessments, hearing aid solutions, speech and hearing services, and other clinic offerings.
- Coordinate with clinic staff and audiologists to ensure smooth execution of camps and referral services.
- Follow up with doctors, referral sources, and patients to maximize conversion and service utilization.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Maintain an updated database of doctors, hospitals, institutions, and referral partners.
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure achievement of business development and revenue objectives assigned by the management.
- Represent the organization professionally and maintain a positive brand image at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Experience in medical marketing, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, hearing healthcare, or hospital marketing preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and field marketing skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Excellent networking and business development abilities.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to work independently and achieve organizational objectives.
