Role Overview
This role is centered around customer interaction, issue handling, and ensuring clients are able to use the ERP smoothly in their day-to-day operations.
Along with support, the role also involves basic testing, SQL-based data checking, and report-level adjustments when required.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle day-to-day customer queries through phone, remote access, and email
- Guide users on billing, inventory, and system workflows
- Resolve issues by identifying root causes and providing clear solutions
- Support new client onboarding, setup, and initial training
- Check and validate data using MS SQL when required
- Assist in modifying and verifying Crystal Reports
- Test new updates and fixes before release
- Report bugs with proper explanation and follow-up until closure
- Help with Excel data import, corrections, and system configuration
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely resolution of client issues
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer support or ERP/software handling
- Comfortable speaking in Malayalam and English
- Ability to explain things clearly to non-technical users
- Problem-solving approach with strong follow-up
- Willingness to learn testing and reporting tasks
- Knowledge of MS SQL (for data checking)
Preferred Background
- Experience in billing / accounting / inventory systems
- Exposure to Crystal Reports or similar tools
- Basic understanding of software testing
