DIT is looking for enthusiastic and communication-focused candidates for the position of Telecaller. The role involves handling customer calls, providing information, resolving basic queries, and maintaining good communication with customers.
This is a non-target-based role. Candidates will receive a fixed monthly salary with no sales pressure or target requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Make and receive customer calls professionally.
- Provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle customer queries and follow up when required.
- Maintain call records and update details.
- Communicate politely and effectively with customers.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth operations.
