Job Title: ABA Therapist
Location: Jeevaniyam Medipolis, Kochi
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
- Certification or training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience as an ABA Therapist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions for children with developmental and behavioral disorders.
- Implement individualized intervention plans under the supervision of senior clinicians.
- Monitor progress, maintain therapy records, and communicate with parents regarding treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care.
Skills:
- Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior management techniques.
- Good communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with children and families.
