Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (IT Sales) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, promoting IT services and solutions, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales abilities, and an interest in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and meetings.
- Promote company IT services, software solutions, and digital products.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT services and software solutions.
- Good interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate / MBA preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development preferred.
