Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Check:
- Perform regular quality checks on processes and deliverables.
- Identify and address any quality issues or improvements.
- Client Visits:
- Schedule and coordinate client visits.
- Communicate with clients to confirm visit timings and agendas.
- Communicate internally
- Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies in operations and recommend improvements.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain records of quality checks and client visits.
- Prepare reports on operational performance and feedback.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 year Experience in operations or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and process improvement focus.
- Ability to manage client schedules and meetings effectively.
