About the role
We are looking for a young, social-first creator who lives on the internet and understands culture, viral content, storytelling, and AI-led video.This is for someone with excellent English, a real feel for Western and pop culture, and an instinct for what people are watching, sharing, saving, and talking about. You'll spot strong hooks, track trends, shoot behind-the-scenes content, make quick edits, use AI tools for visual/video creation, and help Storia build a sharp, cool, and high-performing social presence.
What you'll do
■ Track trends, viral hooks, memes, creators, sounds, and formats across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, X, and TikTok-style content.
■ Find content opportunities in AI video projects, BTS moments, team work, experiments, and production process.
■ Write strong hooks, short captions, reel ideas, scripts, and content concepts in excellent English.
■ Shoot quick behind-the-scenes and creator-style videos.
■ Create basic edits for reels, shorts, stories, and social posts.
■ Use AI tools for video generation, image generation, ideation, and content experimentation.
■ Study what's working for creative agencies, AI brands, filmmakers, influencers, and global creators.
■ Track content performance and recommend what to repeat, improve, or drop.
Must-have skills
■ Excellent English writing and communication.
■ Strong social listening ability.
■ Good understanding of Western, pop, and internet culture, memes, and creator trends.
■ Interest in storytelling, advertising, filmmaking, branded content, and AI video.
■ Basic experience with AI tools for image/video creation.
■ Basic photo/video editing skills — CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
■ The ability to think like a creator, not just a social media manager.
Who you are
Energetic, proactive, confident, and culturally aware. You might be a fresher, an early-career creator, a micro-influencer, or someone who has owned, grown, or managed a social media page. Formal experience matters less than taste, speed, curiosity, and knowing what works online.

■ You've grown your own social media page or creator profile.
■ You've created viral or high-performing reels, shorts, memes, or edits.
■ You're comfortable shooting on a phone or camera.
■ You have a portfolio of social content, edits, scripts, or AI video experiments.

This is not a passive posting role. We need someone who can spot moments, chase ideas, test formats, create fast, and help Storia show up as one of the most influential AI film production companies online.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
